Founders

Tina Forsyth

Tina’s first foray into the business world was at age 8, when she used her trusty tape recorder to create a radio commercial for her family’s rental business. (Funnily enough they didn’t use it.)

Since then, she has been a ‘Jill of all Trades’ working in everything from marketing to recruiting for businesses big and small. For the past six years she has helped to launch, build and manage over seven 6-figure online businesses.

She is author of Becoming an Online Business Manager: Playing a Bigger Role with your Clients (and Yourself) and co-author of Money Meaning and Beyond, Pink Spoon Marketing (both with Andrea Lee). Tina is a Partner in Hot Skills VA Training and is Lead Trainer and Founder of the Certified Online Business Manager Training Program being launched in February 2009.

Now CEO of OnlineBusinessManager.com, Tina writes and consults in advanced online marketing and business systems for business owners and their support teams.

When you can drag her away from her computer you can find Tina at home in Lethbridge, Alberta with her husband Dan, daughters Samantha and Alexandra, and noisy cat Shadow.

Andrea Lee

Andrea is the ‘original’ Online Business Manager, having worked with Thomas Leonard as the General Manager of CoachVille from 2001 - 2003.

Since then she has helped businesses around the world reach six and seven figure financial success while creating lives rich with meaning and laughter.

Along with her print publications, “ Multiple Streams of Coaching Income”, “ Money Meaning and Beyond” and “ Pink Spoon Marketing” (with Tina Forsyth), Andrea mentors, teaches, coaches and writes from her home in the Comox Valley, British Columbia.

Having run multiple businesses of her own since 1997, Andrea loves her work – and – never likes to be too far from her husband Mike, two Vizslas Chili and Reka or her ping pong club.

Sheri McConnell

Sheri McConnell is the CEO of Sheri McConnell Companies, Inc. and the president and founder of two national and international associations. She started her first association, the National Association of Women Writers-NAWW in 2001, and founded the 2nd association, the International Association of Web Entrepreneurs in 2006 and cashed out on it 2 years later.

Her latest association, the Global Institute of Associations-GIA was launched in late 2008 and produced multiple six figures within a few short months. Sheri is known as the Leader to Leaders™ and consults with big thinkers and creators from all over the world in multiple industries teaching them how to leverage the association model.
