Ive been working online since: I have been working online for a few years, started working as a VA in 2008 and am now changing into an Online Business Manager role.

I am a German born, New Zealand based, certified online business manager helping fellow entrepreneurs with the strategy, implementation and management of their online business. I thrive on helping coaches, consultants, speakers and entrepreneurs find the right tactics and work with the right team to grow their business.

I have undergone intensive training in online marketing and social media to be able to support my clients most effectively. Academically, I have been awarded three diplomas in communication, management and PR.

To be able to help my clients on the spot I also have a team of US based professional, mature virtual assistants available who will assist in implementing all your requirements swiftly and efficiently.

Why I love working as an OBM: I love helping my clients to get the most out of the businesses. It’s a great pleasure to see a venture grow successfully and being part of it.

The fact that I live in New Zealand does not impact on my clients’ businesses as my time zone is ahead of the US and Canadian time zones, which can work out very well. My VA team is based in the US and can help you with local tasks, such as organizing events, administration and customer services.

My Strengths and Areas of Specialty: My strengths are in strategic thinking, organization and project management.

Working as an OBM means that I watch out for opportunities to help you make more money, save on running costs and grow the business successfully. I keep abreast with new technology and trends. I am also trained in human resources and people management to be able to coordinate the team’s operations smoothly and encourage the team members to give their best and feel part of the business just as much as the business owner and the OBM.

I have done specialized courses in social marketing; ecommerce; copywriting; online business management; video, webinars and podcasting; teleclasses; blogging, blog customization; and membership sites.

I am also familiar with Ali Brown’s Online Success Blueprint and know how to successfully support you with the implementation process. I am also interested in the world of blogging.

My favorite kind of client to work with is…: I like to work with clients who want to grow their business and are open to fresh ideas. These clients are not scared to delegate and brainstorm growth strategies and are able to think big.

I like open communication and enthusiasm. Online business is my passion and I would like to see that in my clients, too.

My Business Goals for this year are: Growing my OBM business successfully and being able to employ my team of VAs full time.
