The topic of confidence has come up alot this week in my conversations and classes… in particular the idea of not feeling confident enough to take on a new role or step into a new opportunity. This is a big issue for alot of virtual support professionals, Online Business Managers included… how do we move forward when we aren’t feeling 100% confident?
