I’ve been working online since…: I have worked within the technology sector since leaving college (too long ago to say when!) as a software engineer, systems and business analyst and project manager. I then found my forte in consulting – working with new product development teams as a coach and mentor, helping them to improve their management, development and organizational practices.

I transitioned to the realm of small business coaching about two years ago and found that many of the skills that I coached people on in the corporate world are just as applicable to entrepreneurs and small business owners regardless of their content focus.

Why I love working as an OBM: My work as an OBM allows me to bring 20+ years of consulting and technology experience and channel all the best practices that I have at my fingertips to people who are wanting to put their business on the best foundation possible.

I am insatiably curious about all types of business and love learning what makes any type of business tick. Working in the OBM world feels like the perfect transition from consulting.

My Strengths and Areas of Specialty: I specialize in project based work and am particularly focused on virtual events. I also apply my coaching skills to help my clients get unstuck and motivated to achieve their next “big thing”.

Although my focus is the online world I also work with offline, conventional or bricks-and-mortar businesses to improve their online strategies and presence so that they have a clear plan for being online that helps their bottom line.
