I’ve been working online since…: I have been working online since 2008 but started focusing on the VA industry in 2009.

Most of the work I have done online for Clients while working as a VA  is HRM related - Job descriptions, Company policy manuals etc. I have had great success with Recruiting and I have decided that HRM along with Administrative Operations Management is my niche.

Why I love working as an OBM: I love working as an OBM because of my business management background. Working as an OBM allows me to utilize these skills to help resolve the challenging problems experienced by Clients. It will also gives me the opportunity to work and earn the money my time and skills deserve.
