I’ve been working online since: Nearly 20 years I have worked in the corporate world working closely with C-Level executives at a variety of multi-million dollar companies.

My skills had me managing multi-million dollar budgets, connecting with executives all over the world, managing events, dinners and organizing personal parties for my managers. I even arranged a tuxedo (which fit great) for an executive to pick up when he arrived at his location!

I found I excelled at getting people to participate in conversations and finding the answers to questions and situations quicker than anyone else in the office. I consider myself a bit of a gadget geek and I love trying out new technologies and using them to make either my clients or my life easier. I also learned that one of my natural talents is listening to others and helping them find the solutions they need to excel at what they do.

It is about stepping in and taking care of the tasks that need to be do so you can do what you do best!

Why I love working as an OBM: Seeing my clients succeed in whatever they choose to do! Knowing that what I’ve been doing has helped my clients take their businesses to the next level.

It’s all about the whole package and building a partnership on the knowledge the both my clients and myself bring unique strengths and talents to the business relationship.

That level of trust that is built, where the client knows that the decisions I am making on their behalf are for the benefit of their business and simply their success is my success!

I also love the flexibility and knowledge that I’m making choices that fit my lifestyle and my choices. I’m not tied to anyone place and I’m able to travel when I choose to, as long as I have my netbook life is grand!

My Strengths and Areas of Specialty: I can bring many things to the table, but one of my greatest strengths is my ability to take the complex and make it simple. I can handle all of the tasks for any project break it down into manageable steps and run with the project.

I’m a creative person and enjoy working with clients that are fun, enjoy life and know their strengths that work best for their business. With my creative bent I’m able to look at things differently and think outside the box for getting solutions that work. I love creating documents, reports, research and
PowerpPoint presentations.

Oh yeah! I also have a great skill at find deals for travel….I figure it’s my personal mission to find the best deal for anyone I’m booking travel for!

My favorite kind of client to work with is…: Creative, Crafty and Artists are folks that I connect with easily. Intelligent, quick witted, funny and trustworthy are all traits I possess and look for in people I connect with both as a client and on a personal level.

Working as Online Business Manager you are working on a very close and even intimate level in a client’s business, so having trust on both sides is very, very important.

It’s important for me to work with clients who understand that the reason I’ve build my Redhead Business Management company was to give me the flexibility and lifestyle I desire and I ask that my clients have the same perspective.

My Business Goals for this year are: I am looking to bring on two to three more key clients who appreciate my approach to administrative management and have desire to bring on a team member that will help them connect and build their business to the next level.
