My Experience, I am a: Experienced OBM – currently working in this capacity for 1 or more clients

My Client Intake status is: Open – I am looking to work with new clients

I’ve been working online since: I had been managing administrative projects for several years on a volunteer basis through various organizations in my local town. I began working on line a bit over a year ago, as a Virtual Assistant. However, it did not take long before my clients began to see a different type of mentality toward their business than the previous VA’s they had worked with.

After chatting with Tina Forsyth, I began to understand my strengths are not necessarily in the implementation though my business is quite successful in the VA realm alone. But I seemed to be more energized with the prospect of becoming totally invested in my clients business on a management level. I have extensive leadership training and my natural skills and learned skills lend very well to my ability to serve my clients on a partnership level.

Why I love working as an OBM: My motto is simply when you succeed I succeed. As an OBM I have the opportunity to put into place what I have seen successful throughout my virtual career. Also, I believe that many business owners are highly creative in very specific services and the over all management of their business can be taxing on them both creatively and productively. So knowing that I am truly serving their business in a way that makes a substantial difference in the life of my client brings me great satisfaction.

My Strengths and Areas of Specialty: My strengths would definitely fall under the aspects of team management / project management. I am a strong believer in creating strong teams with specifically skilled people. It is always better to have a job performed by someone who, knows it inside and out, loves what they do and is not spread to thin ‘learning’ aspects they don’t know. So for me it is of the highest importance to put the RIGHT folks in the RIGHT place to create the leanest but most product team for my clients.

My favorite kind of client to work with is…: My favorite kind of client to work with is one who is ready to release their control and enjoy the freedom of working within their strengths and allowing me to work within mine. Understanding, however there is a courting time that will lend to building trust in skill and commitment.

Preferably a client who has seen substantial success and is ready to go to the next level in their business.I want to dream and accomplish with my client not be the visionary of the dream. If you are ready to GO BIG and you can see it, smell it, taste it… I am the OBM for you!! I am passionate about forward motion and love to jump into my clients vision and help it come to completion.

And always for me is someone I feel I can learn from on a personal, spiritual or business bases. My life is a continual learning environment and I believe in having a constant teachable spirit. I think this is what makes me a great OBM specifically for service providing entrepreneurs.

My Business Goals for this year are: My business goals for this year are to grow my skills and experiences as an OBM through the OBM certification program and with my current clients.

I am expanding my business to include hiring and offering teams of VA’s that specialize in various areas as to give my clients the highest quality, from cart implementation, blog design, affiliate management, JV marketing, social media networking and complete list building and conversion analysis.

I will have 3 OBM clients by the end of the year, be it taking the clients I have to the next level or the possibility of working with new clients.
